Lisa Bradby-Towers Owner/Director

Lisa has been dancing since the age of five. Her love of dance and music led her into ice dance at which she has had an extremely successful competitive career. Lisa and her husband, Alan, were ranked 2nd in Great Britain and went on to represent their country in many international events. Their greatest success was placing 2nd in the 1990 World Professional Championships in Jaca, Spain. They then went on to tour for five years with an international show as a principle adagio couple. Lisa moved to Coral Springs, Florida in 2000 and has since enjoyed passing her love of all forms of dance and movement on to her students.

Alan Towers
Owner/Director

Alan originates from Great Britain and represented his country in ice dance internationally with his wife Lisa. They were ranked second in Great Britain which meant they had a very successful competitive career travelling the world. Their greatest achievement was placing second in the 1990 World Professional Championships in Jaca, Spain. From there they went on to tour for five years with an international show as a principle adagio couple. Alan has also trained competitive skaters to National level and is excited to share his years of experience at Dynamite Dance.

Kelly Stashko
Instructor

Kelly has had 40 years dance/competition experience and 30 years teaching experience. Trained in acro, ballet, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, tap, theatrical dance from some of the top teacher/choreographers such as Gus Giordano, Frank Hachett, Judy Bassing, Karen Hebert, Ron Daniels, Charles Kelley, Serge Aly. She turned down job offers with top cruise ship lines, and the European Tour of CATS in order to continue doing what she loved to do which was teach. Kelly owned, directed, taught, choreographed, and designed costumes for her own dance studio for 25 years.

Other accomplishments include choreographer for body builders, male dancers, country music video for Mad Max Allen, Piper High School show choir, Broward Center for Performing Arts-Performance Project Summer Camp 2011-13, Synergy Project Glee Club, backstage manager for Angeles Gitanos annual Flamenco shows 2009-2012, backstage manager for XCL Productions show Adrenaline, backstage assistant for Black-n-White showcase. Dynamite Dance is so excited to have a dance educator of Kelly’s vast experience on staff.

Rebecca Montgomery

Rebecca Montgomery
Instructor

Becca was born and raised in South Florida where she grew up dancing at her mother's dance studio in Hollywood, FL which is where she started teaching and choreographing. After receiving her B.A. in theatre studies and minor in dance performance from UCF, she taught and choreographed at the Dr. Phillips Center's School of the Arts, Theatre South Playhouse, The Performance Project Summer Camp at the Broward Center, and the award-winning Theatre Conservatory/Troupe at Montverde Academy.

Her choreography has won the highest awards and honors at competitions in numerous categories for dance as well as Florida thespians competitions at both district and state levels. In addition to teaching/choreographing Becca spent many years performing around Florida. Performance credits include: 25th Anniversary Tour of Evita directed by Hal Prince (child), Hair (Jeannie), Hairspray (Amber Von Tussle), Cabaret (Frenchie), Seussical the Musical (ensemble) and various parades and shows at Universal Orlando Resort.

Megan Sadler
Instructor

Megan began her dance education in Baltimore, MD at what was named by Dance Spirit Magazine’s one of the top 3 most competitive studios in the country at the time. She was fortunate to study Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Ballet under The Kirov Academy’s Vladimir Djouloukhadze, former ABT principal Michele Wiles and Jazzercise fame Tim Roberts amongst others. She also took courses at EDGE Performing Arts Center in LA and Dance 411 in Atlanta, GA. Megan continued to dance both professionally and as an instructor through her college years.

Upon graduation, Megan returned to her Alma Mater as head coach of the dance team. She has had an extensive performance career working alongside the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, E’clatez Dance Company and in over 20 production shows at Celebrations Music Theatre, The House of Blues, The Palace Theatre, Universal Studios and Carnival Cruise Lines. Along her dance journey she has picked up various dance styles and skills including break dancing, fire poi, ballroom, puppetry under the instruction of John Tartaglia and choreography with nunchucks (yes you read that right!). Her passion for dance has allowed her to travel the world and teach classes in Maryland, South Carolina, Italy, California, aboard cruise ships and now here in Florida!

Claudine Carter Pereira
Instructor

Claudine Carter Pereira began dancing at the age of three, in Freeport, Bahamas, where she was born and raised, acquiring a strong foundation and love for dance. From the age of nine through most of her teen years, she studied extensively with the Joffrey Ballet School in New York City in their Trainee Program. Claudine put her dance career on the “back-burner” to pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Loyola College in Maryland and later a Master of Science Degree in Forensic Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. Despite her change in career path, she continued dancing throughout graduate school at both Virginia Commonwealth University and Richmond Ballet.

She has taught Ballet, Modern (Horton Technique), Jazz and Tap to various age groups ranging from ages three to adult in the Bahamas, Virginia, Maryland, and Florida. While in the Bahamas, Claudine was awarded 1st Place in the National Arts Festival in the area of Dance. She also participated in the NAACP’s ACTSO Competitions – in the Dance Category, where she was awarded 1st Place in the Florida Regional and State Competitions and received an Honorable mention in the National Competition.

Claudine has performed as a dancer and ensemble singer in various musical theater productions including South Pacific, Kiss Me Kate and Anything Goes. During her time here in Florida, Claudine performed as a soloist with the South Broward Ballet Company (in Hollywood) in various performances including Don Quixote, Nutcracker, Peter & the Wolf, Sleeping Beauty and the principal role in Cinderella. From February of 2003 – October 2009, Claudine performed with and was the Assistant Artistic Director of Jubilee Dance Theatre (a South Florida based company). Claudine continues to make several guest artist appearances with various local dance companies and organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Developing Dreams Foundation (formerly the Pablo Malco Foundation). Claudine is also a member of the Florida Dance Association and a (certified) member in the area of “Performing Arts (Ballet)” with Dance Educators of America. Claudine recently completed the two-week Horton Pedagogy program at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre and annually attends the Finis Jhung Ballet Teacher’s Workshop. She is currently the Director of the Broward Sheriff’s Office Crime Laboratory – where they have nicknamed her the “Forensic Ballerina.” Despite her change in career path, she attributes many of her successes in life to lessons learned in “ballet class.” She shares this concept through her passion for the art of dance and has mentored many young dancers who have come to realize that you can have the best of both worlds; pursue a career and yet still maintain your passion for the arts.

Alexa Reynosa
Instructor

Alexa Reynosa is a 22-year-old student attending the prestigious New World School of the Arts in Miami. She is currently training in ballet, various modern styles, commercial dance, and Latin.

She began her training in the foundations of hip-hop and gradually transitioned into commercial dancing. Her performance credits include Tranea Cannon-Sunfest Music Festival, Halle Rae-Unifest Music Festival, Torch and Trumpet Theater Company; The Scarlet Thread, and Jammin Express Entertainment Company.

Jesse Linn McCoy
Instructor

Jesse Linn McCoy (Jes) is a 22-year-old director, choreographer, and performer from South Florida. She has a vibrant passion for the arts and loves to sing, act, and dance. She is a PBA Theatre BFA graduate (class of 2023). She is trained in voice, acting, stage combat, and a plethora of dance techniques, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, acrobatics, contortion, tap, and Latin. She has been blessed to be a part of the top 40 in Season 16 of So You Think You Can Dance.

Jesse has directed and choreographed multiple Palm Beach Atlantic Children's Theatre productions, such as Seussical Kids! (Director/Choreographer), Winnie the Pooh Kids (Director/Choreographer), and Disney’s Newsies Jr. (Choreographer). She has also had the pleasure of working with the Maltz Jupiter Theatre’s Goldener Conservatory on Willy Wonka Jr. (Choreographer/Music Director) and Grease (Choreographer). Other credits include being the choreographer for The King's Academy’s production of Matilda Jr.

Currently, Jesse works at multiple South Florida dance studios. For the first time, she is also partnering with the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts as a teaching artist for their Disney Musicals in Schools program. She is excited to be directing her first fall production of PBA Children’s Theatre’s Peter and the Starcatcher!

Dynamite Dance is thrilled to have such a talented individual to draw upon.

Sarah Rodriguez

Homeschooled from a young age, Sarah had the freedom to explore her interests fully. At the tender age of 8, Sarah discovered her profound connection to the world of dance, particularly ballet, igniting a flame that would burn brightly throughout her life..

At a crucial juncture in her ballet journey, Sarah attended a transformative Russian ballet seminar led by none other than former Ballet Nacional De Cuba soloists John White and Margarita De Saá. This experience expanded her horizons and fueled her determination to pursue excellence in ballet. Subsequently, she spent a summer at the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet, refining her technique and immersing herself in the world of dance.

As she matured as a dancer, Sarah's passion for ballet evolved into a desire to share her knowledge and love for the art with others. Sarah's journey reached a pivotal turning point when she joined the Magda Auñon School of Classical Ballet. Here, she found a kindred spirit in Magda Auñon herself, a seasoned ballet master who recognized Sarah's potential and took her under her wing. Through Magda's guidance and that of many others, Sarah's understanding of classical ballet deepened, and she learned not only clean technique but also the essence and quality of the art form.

Brittany is a professionally trained dancer with nearly 30 years of experience in the dance and entertainment industry. She has received training in a wide range of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, musical theatre, and Hip-Hop. She honed her skills at renowned studios such as Broadway Dance Center in NYC, Millennium and The Edge in California, and Miami City Ballet in Miami. During her training, she had the privilege of learning from prominent figures like Frank Hattchet, Brian Friedman, Wade Robson, Eddie Garcia, Jermaine Brown, and Glenn Douglas Packard.

Brittany's impressive career includes performing for esteemed sports teams like NBA's New York Knicks, the Miami Heat, and the WNBA's New York Liberty kids dance teams. Her exceptional abilities have led her to be featured in numerous Broadway tours, music videos, national television commercials, and award shows. She has graced the stage alongside renowned artists such as Pitbull, Shakira, Ne-Yo, Ashlee Simpson, Britney Spears, and many others.

In her earlier years, Brittany was a competitive dancer for 12 years, during which she garnered scholarships and national titles from prestigious competitions and conventions like Tremaine, Starpower, Monsters of Hip-Hop, The Pulse, Jump, among others.

Over the past decade, Brittany has channeled her passion, talent, and deep affection for all things entertainment into shaping the lives of children in South Florida.

James hails from the epicenter of dance in New York City and New Jersey. He quickly gained recognition for creativity, technical precision and the ability to inspire students of all ages. James is constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity while nurturing the talents of the next generation of dancers. His journey from a young competitor to a multi-faceted dance professional serves as a testament to his dedication, passion and unwavering commitment to the art of dance.
